Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the eyewear in its original CAZAL hard case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
